Experience
Christina’s practice focuses primarily on insurance defence litigation which includes a diverse range of personal injury, professional liability, product liability occupiers’ liability and commercial host claims.
Christina has appeared before the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court. Throughout her academic career, Christina was extensively involved in a number of activities including working with Pro Bono Students Canada on an environmental probe and as volunteer with the OBA Mock Trial teaching grade 6 students about the Trial System.
Prior to joining Jones Litigation Counsel in November 2020, Christina worked for a national insurance company in insurance defence litigation.
