Bahram practices in the area of insurance defense litigation with an emphasis on tort, motor vehicle accident, property damage and subrogation cases. As part of his practice, he has successfully argued both for and against the imposition of hold harmless and indemnity provisions in commercial contracts.

Apart from insurance defence, Bahram also recently assisted a client with a complex coroner’s inquest which had significant policy and business implications for transportation in rural communities.

Bahram has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court and various administrative bodies. He provides his personal detailed attention to cases from start to finish and regularly appears at examinations for discovery, mediations, pre-trial conferences and motions before the Superior Court.

While at law school, Bahram placed highly in his class and was the recipient of various awards such as the Weirfoulds LLP Prize in administrative law and the Davies, Ward, Phillips and Vineberg LLP Prize in business associations, taxation and commercial law. Bahram was also strongly involved in mooting both as a competitor and continues to judge the Osgoode Cup every year.
