Katherine’s practice focuses primarily on insurance defence litigation.

Katherine completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa, obtaining a Bachelor of Honours in International Development and Globalization. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario. While in law school, Katherine was a tort law Dean’s Fellow, Peer Mentor, General Editor of the Lakehead Law Journal and a Student Caseworker at the faculty’s legal aid clinic. As part of Lakehead University’s integrated practical curriculum, she worked at a plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Thunder Bay.

Prior to joining the firm, Katherine articled at an insurance defence boutique law firm in Toronto, and thus brings with her experience in both plaintiff and defence personal injury litigation.
